When Dr Holly Kahya was asked to develop and deliver a module on Neuropsychology, Neurodiversity & Psychometrics at City University, she had also just received her own diagnosis of Autism Spectrum and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Galvanised by her own experiences of discrimination, here she reflects on the relationship between ableism and racism and asks how psychologists can be more neuro-affirmative in the workplace…
