Abstract

The Masters in Innovation, Creativity and Leadership is an interdisciplinary master’s programme, offered as part of the master’s portfolio of Bayes Business School and City St George’s, University of London, with the aim of inspiring and enabling students to turn ideas into action and lead positive change. Student creativity, and its application in innovation and leadership practice, is promoted both through the content and theoretical foundations of modules rooted in business and the arts, design, psychology, and law, and through the extensive use of active, experiential learning. Students join the programme from all over the world, and from a wide variety of sectors and backgrounds. All must have a minimum of three years’ appropriate professional experience, and some have up to 40. Students successfully completing the programme are awarded either a Master of Science, Master of Arts, or Master of Innovation, depending on the topic of their final project or dissertation.
